Le Congrès Jurismus International à Maastricht

Mes chers Confrères,
Aux chanceux ayant participés au congrès d’Istanbul, ou aux « compagnons de l’infortune » retenus dans vos cabinets respectifs, je me dois de faire un bref compte-rendu du congrès d’Istanbul. Je ne ferai pas l’apologie de cette ville, de l’organisation ou des participants. Ces remerciements et compliments vont de soit.
Je suis très heureux de succéder à François HERPE (CORNET VINCENT SEGUREL) comme Président de Jurismus France. François prend du grade en ayant été élu à la présidence de Jurismus International.
François HERPE a beaucoup œuvré pour permettre la création d’un véritable groupe Jurismus en France et il a réussi l’exploit d’organiser des congrès studieux et conviviaux regroupant près de 45 avocats. Merci donc à François pour son travail. Rassurez vous, François Herpe, continuera à veiller sur Jurismus.

Jurismus : le réseau des avocats de moins de trente-cinq ans.
Dès 2000, EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL a donné la priorité aux Jeunes Avocats du Réseau en créant JURISMUS INTERNATIONAL, Groupe informel de Professionnels de moins de 35 ans.
Aujourd’hui fort d’un Bureau constitué de Membres de différents pays, et mené par Rasmus LUND, le Réseau JURISMUS INTERNATIONAL organise ses actions autour des axes :
· constitution d’une culture juridique européenne,
· facilitation des stages en pays étranger,
· encouragement des échanges d’affaires entre jeunes Confrères,
· intégration de Jeunes Professionnels dans la gestion du Réseau européen.
Depuis 7 ans, JURISMUS France réunit les Avocats de moins de 35 ans du Réseau national EUROJURIS FRANCE au travers de manifestations axées Gestion du cabinet.

Dear Colleagues
The Board and I are very glad of this new Jurismus International meeting,
organized by ARPA ABOGADOS CONSULTORES, with the help of Diane TRIES,
Secretary General of EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL.
Born in 2001, JURISMUS is now able to make young lawyers bring a European
business culture, a network, and innovation to their lawfirms.
Furthermore, on the Firm side, the JURISMUS activities increase fame and
business opportunities and can be a factor of loyalty.
We have been growing up within the EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL network and
we are willing to take part intensively to the development of the firms and
networks. Sure we have been setting up the new generation of EUROJURIS
leaders!

Jurismus provides young lawyers a perfect possibility to start networking in a more informal atmosphere, the ongoing meetings being excellent opportunities. The experience in the past has shown us that Jurismussers are very often still closer to Law Schools and Universities and therefore very interested in sharing academic experiences between each other. Eurojuris International wishes to put more emphasis on the academic content of both its website and the congress programmes. Therefore, the recently elected new Board has taken the decision to appoint one Board member for the development of the academic part of the network. From now on, the Jurismus delegate on the Board of Eurojuris International will be in charge of the academic programme of the congress and she/he will also take care of the academic content of the Eurojuris website. It goes without saying that the input of all Jurismussers for articles to be published on the website is highly appreciated, share your experiences with all lawyers of the network!
